There is an article about how to make custom Boot Camp configurations here (http://forum.parallels.com/post42129.html), but for people with multiple hard drives, editing the pvs file after every reboot can become a bit tedious. So I've created a script (http://home.comcast.net/~brkirch/Parallels_Boot_Camp.zip) to automate the process, it automatically detects the disk id and edits the pvs file. Make sure to backup your VM configuration file (pvs file) before using this script.
Known Limitations / Issues:
-It is possible to select a folder when a partition is supposed to be selected. Avoid doing this as it could have unpredictable results and the partition that the folder is in will not be used as the Boot Camp partition.
-The error checking is incomplete and so some errors may not be user readable.
-Only one partition can be selected at a time.
-Settings cannot be undone, a new copy of the script must be made to change the settings.
