Support links are broken???

I'm getting "Page Not Found" when selecting the links in the Support pulldown at the top of this forum. I have direct experience that Support is virtually non-existent, and this only seems to confirm it.

SWSoft really needs to start thinking about the image that their support group is presenting to the user community. Lots and lots of people are talking about it, and now with Fusion right around the corner, many people will be using this as a reason to switch.

The main website http://www.parallels.com was re-designed and some links were changed. The forum still has an old-style header and some links are incorrect. We are already working on re-designing the forum too, it will be ready soon.
