Why was the "forums" link removed from the Parallel's main website?

Hello:

Why was the "forums" link removed from the Parallel's main website? It used ot be under
the "support" tab, but isn't there anymore.

I had saved the "forums" URL in my bookmarks and/or history, so I was able to get back here ... but why the removal?

Well Charlie, it was partly because of duplicate posting, and people not reading/searching to find answers that all ready exist. Like you've just done.

That is not the problem!

The problem is the forum is poorly orginized!

If its supposed to be a support forum then you will always have people that are new to forums and the supported product, they don't even know what to search for!

Either this is a support forum or its a private moderators forum!

If its not easely accessable to customers there will be a large drop in sales.

Most people do not want to wait the long time it takes to get a answer from the support email. I have asked questions and had to wait a week for an answer!
