Ok...So we have
Parallel workstation and we have parallels desktop.
I really don't understand what are the differences.
Help?

It's a bit like Ram and Memory, or DSL and Broadband. They are the same thing with different names.

Just having a bit more of a look, it appears that Workstation is the Linux/Windows version and Desktop is the Mac version.

Yes correct.
Parallels Workstation 2.1 for Windows and Linux is the name of Win/Lin product. And Parallels Desktop for Mac is the name of Mac product.

Again, I think you should rename the product. If they are the same they should have the same name. Simple. Workstation gets associated with Win and lin? No I think not but on the other hand it may get associated with Vmware for a logical reason. This is not the last time this question is gonna come up. I suggest renaming Workstation to Desktop as well. Nice, straight to the point, more innovative AND it would eliminate all the confusion.
