This may fall under the MacOS X version of Parallels, however, since it may not I thought I'd post it here.
I'm running Parallels RC2 on a mac-mini core duo w/ 1 gb of ram. Everything (including XP Pro w/ SP1) seemed to have installed fine, however, I am unable to activate Windows. When I attempt to run the activation application, nothing happens. This occurs when selecting "Start | Programs | Activate Windows" or when selecting Activate Windows from the System Tray.
Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Do I need to use a copy of XP Pro w/ SP2 instead? I was hoping not since the key is part of my old MSDN subscription and thus I don't have to purchase any additional copies of XP Pro.
