I haven't received my key and sales/support won't email me back.

I purchased a license for the OS X release a couple weeks ago and have yet to receive a key for when the product is finished. From talking to other people, I know the emails with final keys are going out, yet I haven't gotten any responses to my emails to Parallels about where my key is.

How am I supposed to go about getting my key?
