$39.99 price on parallels desktop - how long?

Hi,

I currently dont own an apple computer (my new macbook should get here on monday). I am very interested in running linux using parallels desktop on it. I would really like to try out parallels before I purchase it, but am afraid that by the time I make up my mind the price would have gone up.

Is there an ETA on the final release and the price increase so that I can decide if I should buy it without trying (something I'd rather not do), or not.

Wanted to buy @ $39.99 yesterday... but was in the office... and i wanted to do the transaction at home.
But when i reached home and to my horror... the final release is out and i have to pay $49.99 :(
Really regretted not buying in the office...
