wrong activation key for mac version

I tried downloading and installing the mac version of parallels. I've created a virtual machine. when prompted to put in the activation key, i do so from now 4 e-mails i've received from parallels. NONE of the keys work. I'm given the response: "This activation key does not work with this version of Parallels." Someone please help! :confused:

Are you sure you installed final GA build. Please go and look at About window - it should be build 1848.
