I found an easy way to transfer all printer settings from my PC (win2k) to the XP-Installation on my Parallels-Desktop (MacBook Pro).
Look at this tool (Print Migrator 3.0):
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=D6915F13-EDE4-4708-83C1-0091EEADE293&displaylang=en
Its an simple small tool to save and restore all Printer-Driver and -settings. Copy the printmig.exe tool to both machines. With the "save" Option you generate one file (*.cab) with all printer-drivers. Copy this file to the parallels-VM and "restore" with printmig.exe. Thats it.
