Problem recognizing CD

Initially, Parallels was recornizing and mounting installation CDs etc. Now, I can't even open them - any ideas?

If this is to create a new vm are you changing the boot process in the configuration of the vm to boot the cd first. I personally have installed quite a few guests over the last couple of weeks and have never had a problem.

Other than that are the installation cd's able to be opened by the host??
