Hello, I have been using parallels beta 4 for the past 48 hours on a brand new MacBook Pro for the purposes of using ESRI ArcGIS Desktop and ArcInfo Workstation (which installed and is running beautifully). I am very impressed, and just placed my pre-order for the full version. :D
However, I did experience a kernel panic, and until I poked around on the threads, I didn't even think about the fact that I should have sent the log reports to you (duh!). What would be nice would be a brief set of instructions for how to beta test Parallels for Mac in a way that is most helpful to the developers. Perhaps this alread exists and I just missed it, but I saw something in the forum about a special email address just for kernel panic crash logs, and I'm not sure exactly what to do. :o
