Value "1" returned when creating duplicate email

In my testing, I get the value '1' returned when I try to create and email account with a name that already exists. Is this normal? documented? I thought I would get a valid XML response, but I only get '1'.

I get valid XML responses for other tests, but not for creating an account with a duplicate name.

It seems like a bug, could you please provide more details:
1) What version of Plesk do use?
2) What version of API RPC protocol do you use?
3) What are the exact request and response packets you are talking about?
