Just download Parallels Transporter for PC, install it on your virtual machine running under Parallels desktop, it creates a hdd file, copy it on your Mac, run the bootcamp uninstaller, place the hdd file in the Library/Parallels virtual machines/ Microsoft Windows XP folder.
When you run Parallels, just choose this new hardrive image in the parallels configuration window.
