Problem with Window Sizes other than Full Screen

The size of the minimized windows is too large and I cannot change the size to access the "Start" button in Windows XP. I can only access the "Start" button and other items on the "Start" menu line in full screen window. Help me change the window size.

Knowing what host OS you are using may help. How good a guesser would I be if I said OSX.

Try setting custom resolutions in Parallels.

This may be a bit different on Desktop. I use Workstation, which used to be the same, but is know a reasonable amount different.

That is my dig at Parallels to update Workstation.

Now, your problem. Click on, file menu, edit configuration, video, then click on the little + under the resolution box on the right side. Set your size, click enabled, then ok. Make sure "enable custom screen resolutions" is checked above the resolutions box.

This may require some playing around with to get the size you need. To edit a size, click on the ... button, at bottom right.
