This thread was moved from "Wish Lists" to "Installation and Configuration in Mac OS".
It would be great to have the ability to install a guest OS from the hard drive instead of requiring an installation CD. That way someone could download an iso (and expand it if necessary) and install from there instead of having to burn a CD.

Well, actually this feature is already here :)
You can connect .iso images to the VM CD/DVD-ROM in both Parallels Desktop and Workstation.

Has anyone found away to install Windows XP that is on a site license, not an individual one using Parallels? I work for a large organization that has a site license instead of individual licenses. I can't believe Parallels would make every person purchase Windows XP if they work in a large organization.

Parallels only lets me choose a single iso file for the CD-ROM. My installation has 4 iso files. How can I continue the installation?

Never mind. I think I found the answer in another post.
