Transporter for Parallels Workstation

This is my first post here. I am thinking of using Parallels for various projects and have been reading the documentation.

I would like to take an existing Windows installation and run it as a virtual PC under Windows.

Is this possible? As far as I can see Transporter is documented as a Mac product. For windows (Workstation) one has to install the OS from scratch.

In fact it seems that there is much more functionality for the Mac than for Windows.

That looks like something for the MAC. Will the VM it creates work in Windows Workstation?
