Outlook Contacts to MAC

How do I convert my outlook contacts to my MAC Address Book?

I already have them saved in "ol-contacts.csv" file but am unable to import them to MAC Address Book.

please, specify the issue. Do you mean you cannot drag that .csv file to the Mac side?
