Hi, I just bought Parallels for Mac with Amazon... wondering, can I download the new beta and install Windows XP with it... and then, just activate with my product key (or whatever Parallels calls it) when the box gets here? Or would I have to uninstall it when the beta period is over...?

If I can't do that, can I just download the demo and install... then, when the box gets here unlock it with my product key?

I am not sure which specific version you'll be getting in the box, but most likely it's older than the latest version Parallels released about a week ago.

Because of that, you would be better off downloading the latest version from the Parallels web site, installing it as a demo, and then using the license key that comes with your paid version to unlock it fully.

There is no downside to that, and it should work fine.
