Install of Access blocking my windows Remote Desktop

    not sure why....as soon as I install, I can't access remote anymore. II was out of town when I installed it last week and lost remote access. When I got home and checked router server log, I didn't see any issues. I uninstalled Access, Remote Desktop was available again....left town Friday, and today started to install it again remotely....and again lost Remote Desktop.
    Any ideas???

    Please generate Problem Report ID as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/116783 in your Computer and Handheld device and provide us the Problem report number, so we can check it.
