Hi cuthead, Please uninstall Parallels Desktop application : http://kb.parallels.com/122653 Run Repair Disk permission on the Mac side : http://www.cnet.com/how-to/repair-disk-permissions-to-speed-up-your-mac/ Download Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac latest build from : www.parallels.com/pd10 and install it. This should help you in resolving the issue. If it doesn't, please create a PR ID http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and provide us the PR ID.
I followed your instruction but no luck, still the same problem, and I can't get in PD10,so I can't provide PR ID.But when PD10 Crashed I get Report ID A problem report with the ID number 52630003 has been sent to Parallels to help us improve the product. If you'd like to contact our support team to request help with your problem, please copy the problem report ID number, 52630003, and submit a support ticket to Parallels Support.
I figure out by this chinese post http://www.macx.cn/thread-2145706-1-1.html When I use chinese IME and launch Parallels Desktop 9 or 10,it quite unexpectedly, when I switch IME to english, launch it without problem.I think this is a bug.
