about software licence on Windows installed with Bootcamp and Parallel

    I have a software which can only be activated in one Windows operating system.
    In this case, should I use it in native Windows installed with Bootcamp, or in the Windows of Parallel environment?
    On the other hand, if the software is activated in 'Bootcamp Windows', is it possible to make a image which can be mounted by Paralle and no need to activate again?

    Many thanks for the instruction.
    Just one further question. Do you maybe know which on has less influence to the speed / performance of OS X, windows directly installed in OS X, or that imported from Boot camp (both through 'Parallel desktop')?
