Old .dmg and .prlupd-part files: safe to delete?

    Hello. I'm running Parallels 10.1.1. I found the following two files in the Library>Parallels>Downloads folder:
    ParallelsDesktop-10.0.2-27712.dmg
    ParallelsDesktop-10.1.0-28600.dmg.prlupd-part

    Between them, that's over 380 MB. I'd like to clear some space on the SSD; is it safe to delete those files?
