Desktop reports Unable to start Parallels services with error code 15381

    Same for me - "Unable to start Parallels services", error code 15381
    Parallels Desktop 10 on Yosemite
    Had been working fine for a couple of weeks, then stopped working suddenly.
    I've created a support ticket 2026736 three days ago, but it has not been assigned to anybody yet.
    SLA is 2 days overdue (see attached screenshot).
    My Parallels experience was very smooth for all the years, most probably the issue is more about Yosemite than Parallels, but I'd appreciate it if you could assist me in solving the issue.
    I bought two licenses and cannot use the software (
