So, I'm trying to install the Windows 8 RTM 90-day trial version (Enterprise) in the latest version of Parallels 7 on my 2012 MacBook Air, and it errors out with the message: "Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms. Make sure the installation sources are valid and restart the installation."

I've checked the ISO, and it's good. I've also tried upgrading from the latest consumer preview, but it won't work since the trial version is Enterprise.

Anybody else seen this problem and figured out a fix?

Make sure you uncheck 'Express Install'.

Actually, for me it was the productivity settings. It sets the RAM at 2GB which isn't enough in a VM to install Windows well. Just check the customize option before using express and up that to 4 (or 3). Saves a bunch of time and allows you to still use express settings!

Yes, that fixes it for me as well. Good explanation can be found here: http://www.stevenjordan.net/2014/04/windows-cannot-find-microsoft-software.html
