Its removed from the standard version. You have to purchase the pro subscription to get this feature back. :(

From the information I was given: There is no configureable network option any longer. It´s just available in the Pro version, which sucks.
Parallels did cut a lot of features with the upgrade to Parallels 11. No nested VM Support any longer, no way to configure its internal DHCP...
Sorry guys, but you really did loose track... Parallels was a really good peace of software. I thought as with every upgrade, it will get better....

Your recommendation might had helped, no Kernel Panic so far. And from what I have seen, the faulty VM is most probably the one running Windows...
