No, not fixed yet. Not far off.. was 3 weeks ago. Still waiting.
Update: it has been about 6 days since changing from 2 CPUs to 1 CPU, and so far no BSOD! Yay :) Now just need a fix for the mouse scrolling issue...

It is just you, works for me. Check your keyboard mappings for your shift key, maybe it is set to do something funky.
