Any support for Jolicloud OS?

Hey,

I'm wondering if any support for Jolicloud OS is available (or a known way to get it installed), I've tried to install it and it just produces some errors (I can post a picture, if necessary).

Any thoughts?

 

I know this post is over a year old nut does anyone know how to do this?

 

I hope this isn't against the rules of this forum (if so it isn't intentional) but you can use virtual box if you are unable to find a solution with Parallels Desktop.

 

I had successfully installed JoliCloud (know known as JoliOS)1.1 in Parallels 6.0. I used it for awhile, then removed the OS. I recently upgraded to Parallels 7, and also recently tried to install JoliOS 1.2 using a DVD Image file you can download from jolicloud.com. Every time JoiOS enters into the setup sequence, Parallels will stop the virtualization and shut down?

Any advice? Is it because of Parallels 7, or something else?

I just downloaded the Joli OS image (iso?) and installed from it.

It works without any futzing around.

In order to install Jolicloud Os on parallels desktop 8 when installing say that it is ubuntu. If you do this it should install fine,

it worked for me

I chose Ubuntu as the OS type -- based on what I googled about JoliCloud as being based on that.
