I now have two Windows 7 virtual machines installed - one of which works and one of which now doesn't. I wish to delete the latter and retain the former, but cannot find a way of removing a virtual machine.

It will of course, be blindingly obvious to everyone else and, believe me, I have searched for advice, but I am reduced to throwing myself on your tender mercies.

How can I remove an unwanted virtual machine from my Mac whilst retaining the second one?

    I run a 27" quad-core i7 iMac with 1TB HD and 4GB RAM with Parallels Desktop Build 6.0.11822 (Revision 604190; September 14, 2010) running under MacOSX.6.4 Build 10F569. My Windows 7 version is 64 bit Professional.

    Thanks in advance.

In Parallels Desktop, select Virtual Machine List in the Window menu. Then right click the virtual machine you want to remove and select "Remove". Click Move to Trash.
