Thread: Windows Explorer Failed - Windows 7

  1. #1

Default Windows Explorer Failed - Windows 7

Parallels for Desktop 6: Build 6.0.11992
    Guest OS: Windows 7

Upon booting Windows 7, I keep receiving an error that Windows Explorer has crashed. Parallels tools has been installed/uninstalled/installed several times. I have also done a complete reload of Windows 7. No changes.

Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

I cannot revert back. I do not have any builds before 11990.

The question is if only restoring the build helps. My virtual machine was damaged also. Therefore, I had to restore a backup of the virtual machine to.
