As far as I can tell Xorg 1.11.3 that is included in 12.04 now has different ABI versions than even stock Xorg 1.11.3.
Moreover Ubuntu 12.04 is still in alpha, this means it may (and most probably will) change before release.
Parallels will support 12.04 when it settles down. This is the joy of non-existent binary compatibility that is typical to Linux world.
