Trial Activation Key doesn't work!

    Hi,

    This is my first experience with Parallels and, so far, it doesn't inspire confidence.

    (Glad you have the trial stuff, I'd be pretty upset if I forked out cash on this to have these types of errors! Good call on the trial software!)

    I was thinking about buying this for my PCs & Macs to run Ubuntu & game on my Mac (for fun).

    Here is a screen shot of what I'm experiencing.

    Any ideas on what do to would be helpful (Yes I checked my local date & time settings... for what I don't know but they're correct according to time.windows.com)

    This all seemed pretty intuitive to me but perhaps I have missed something?
    You might need to view the image differently because it looks like it gets chopped off by this bulletin board.


    Any help would be great! My trial is ticking away! hehe

    PS: The support page says "Support services are temporary unavailable from December, 30 till January, 1".

    It is the second (it will be the 3rd in 15 minutes) So obviously someone is not paying attention to what is on the site.
