can not create os

Hi all,
i can not create os win2003 in Virtuozzo 3.5.1 for Windows. this is error shows below

Failed to create Virtual Private Server(s).
The following error(s) were detected:
code 404;Error during VPS 120 creation: System error -1: ERROR:VZPKG: Command execution has failed

I would suggest to re-deploy OS template using this sequence of commands:

 Stop all containers
C:\>for /F "usebackq" %a in (`vzlist -a -o veid -H`) do (vzctl stop %a)
Undeploy the template
C:\>vzpkgdeploy -u w2k3
Redeploy it back
C:\>vzpkgdeploy -i w2k3
Start all containers back
C:\>for /F "usebackq" %a in (`vzlist -a -o veid -H`) do (vzctl start %a)

Also I would like to remind that PVC 3.5.1 is EOL as of March 2011, so it is reasonable to upgrade to PVC 4.0.
