I use "Cmd + SpaceBar" to activate LaunchBar - http://bit.ly/xByqvU

While using a particular program in Parallels, "Cmd + SpaceBar" activates the Search Function of this program. What I really want is to activate the LaunchBar. How do I resolve this particular conflict?
