Key mappings in bootcamp and parallels

Hi,
I need to use national characters and to make it easier I mapped right cmd to right option and the other way round in my OSX (10.7.3). I was happy to see that when using parallels 7 and running my windows on mac, it recognized my settings and right cmd worked as option also in windows.

The problem is, that I use bootcamp partition and I wanted to copy this behavior when running windows natively. The way to do this in windows is to update registry, and so I did. But now, when I open windows in parallels it is messed up (cmd is windows key again and option doesn't give correct characters) probably because parallels uses mac settings (which I was happy about at first).

Is there any solution to my issue?
