Is it possible not to have the parallels desktop icon on the mac dock? Or change it to some other icon?
    Thanks

Thank you yana. So I can't delete the icon then, just change it.
    Cheers

The icon changes in the applications folder but as soon as Parallels Desktop starts the icon changes back and the original icon sits there on the mac dock..

It can be deleted if I do a right click and 'quit'.
I was kinda hoping Windows could be ready to go without having the icon string there on the dock..

You can avoid duplicating of Parallels icons in the Top Mac menu and Dock by disabling Crystal mode in Configuration. But the icon would stay in the Dock anyway - however it will look like Windows start button.
