'AD9A: Failed to create d3d resource' error

Don't know whether it's the new build of PD7 or the new 1.3 patch for the game, but I now get the following error when trying to run LA Noire - 'AD9A: Failed to create d3d resource. Please restart your computer'.
Works fine in Bootcamp, and used to load OK before last week.
Any ideas?

So, after 2 months, no-one from Parallels has responded to my post. The same thing is happening after the latest build. LA Noire used to load OK until the last couple of builds.
I would appreciate some sort of response. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. I've gone through the various fixes proposed by Steam and Rockstar and none of them fix the issue.

This issue is still present in PD8.
I have a support case open on this, but I cannot see how to access it under support options. Where does one view open support cases here?
