Subdomains stopped working

Plesk 10.4.4 Update #26

Debian GNU/Linux 6.0.3 (squeeze)

A few months ago, after an update of Plesk Panel, all my subdomains stopped working.
I solved the problem using a normal folder, was not so important to have a subdomain. But now I need one and.
Could someone please help me to make finally this work. I removed the subdomain and re-added but it still doesn't work.

I have also another question... I would need to move the websites folder to another partition (ex. /var/www/vhosts to /home/websites/) as the first is too small.

I solved the "moving folder" thing

cd /usr/local/psa/bin
./transvhosts.pl --dest-dir /home/www/vhosts/ --correct-scripts

Still waiting for help for the subdomains issue

By doing

cd /usr/local/psa/bin
./domain -c test5.domain.com

it does create the subdomain, but I cann't see it in the domains list..
