Hi Everyone,

I'm using Plesk 8.6.0 on mediatemple and I'm trying to download a backup file from the Domain Backup Manager. When I click on the download backup file icon the download asks the download location but when it starts it makes a file but it doesn't continue to download and the files stays at zero bytes.

I'm using a Mac on chrome when I'm accessing Plesk.

What could the trouble be?
