A client has a site hosted on server "a" and the email hosted on server "b" . The site has a contact form submit feature that needs to send the form to an email account at "Info@domainname.com " and also send an auto respond to the sender with from address being "info@domainname.com". The hosting provider of the site says this can not be done.



I am sure it is possible . the mx "mail record" is pointed to ip address of email server and the mx @ record is ponted to mail.domainname.com



Is there a configuration setting that will make this work?

any suggestions would be much appreciated
