Unable to generate Problem Report Id.
Every time We try to shutdown Mac running Lion with Resume feature enabled, Parallels suspends and shutdowns but then receive a message "The application Parallels Desktop canceled shut down" thereby screwing up my Resume setup.
Also We tried repeatedly to generate a problem report but it kept failing because of problems with your server. It said there is a network problem but the networking works fine but when we checked SSL certificated it said it was invalid.
