P7 Quits

I recently upgraded to P7 as I am running OSX Lion. Installed fine, but now when I run a program from the task bar it freezes. When I click to open a program, a menu opens with these options:

Open
Enable / Sable Signature Icons
Run As ...
Open on Mac
Show in Finder
Pin to Start Menu
______________
Send To
______________
Copy
______________
Remove From This List
Rename
______________
Properties


When I open the program, it will open, but cannot run. No buttons, menu's, etc. are active. I have to Ctrl-Alt -Del to close it down. I reboot, and the first couple of programs open and run properly, then it starts again.
