I am having a problem the old parallels had--when parallels 7 is running, it kicks the mac printer offline, which means no printing from the mac unless I quit parallels. I have read the old threads concerning the issue in earlier versions of parallels, and tried all the fixes suggested. I find the menu on parallels 7 a little different that those, but am fairly confident of successfully making the settings right. Still no luck. I have an HP Officejet Pro L7650 and it is connected directly to the mac. It is set to share on the mac. I have tried both importing the mac printer into parallel, and installing the software directly into parallel, but no luck. Is there any new information on this with the new parallel? I am using the trial version to see if it will work for me, and it seems very smooth and fast except for this hangup. Thanks to any with info on this!
