I'm using legacy Parallels for Mac 3 and because the local Parallels support is not able/willing to help, please is here someone to share any ideas with the following problem?

I have a new 4G USB modem Huawei 352. On Mac, it is working OK.
I have USB and all four COM ports enabled in my Parallels Desktop. Plug and play in the hosted Windows XP recogniyes and instals the modem, but on COM5. It is not possible to use the modem, is seems, it is used by the another application, but there is none running in Windows. May be it is Mac OS?
    Is there any solution?

Thanks in advance for any idea.

    Jiri
