FastCGI Error in Horde for some domains
I'm getting the following error when trying to access Horde webmail, but it only happens for some domains even though they are all using the same app pool:
C:\Parallels\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP53\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly
Module: FastCgiModule
Notification:ExecuteRequestHandler
Handler:PHP5.3-FastCGI-php
Error Code:0xc0000374
Requested URL:http://webmail.example.com.au:80/Index.php
Physical Path:C:\inetpub\vhosts\webmail\horde\Index.php

I'm using IIS7.5 on Windows Server 2008. I have recently upgraded to Plesk 10.4.
The subscriptions for the domains that are experiencing this issue since the upgrade were not locked while the upgrade occurred, and that's the only thing that they seem to have in common. None of the domains for subscriptions that were locked are experiencing this issue.
Also, there is nothing being logged in the event log, so I have nothing to work with other than the message posted above.
Any suggestions?

Parallels Team
Could you please open Windows explorer, go to C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\ folder
and then right-click on iisfcgi.dll file, and choose "Properties". Then open "Details" tab, and look at File version.
Could you please write version of this file in detailed report for this issue - http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=106115

Some further updates: It seems that the issfcgi.dll version is now 7.5.7600.16632. I don't know if this has changed, or if I entered the incorrect version number previously. The problem still exists though.
