I upgraded from Plesk 9 yesterday to the latest 10. Since doing so two people are unable to log in to their email via Horde and incidentally have no access to their email via external software such as Outlook any longer. This is not good, I have tried logging on to their email via Horde and I can't. The login details which I know are correct are rejected as being wrong. I have tried using the login of "tommy" with his password and then tried "firstname.lastname@example.org" his full email address. None of these work anymore. I am ripping my hair out trying to work out what must have gone wrong!
Please can someone shed some light on this?
