Hi, I've installed the latest Parallels Tools that support Fedora 17 but, when 3D acceleration is enabled, upon logging in, the background gets corrupted. Is there something that can be done about this aside from disabling 3D acceleration? I'm attaching a sample screenshot. When I change the background in Fedora's settings, the background gets fixed. The settings are as follows, as far as video is concerned: 3D acceleration enabled vertical synchronization enabled 512MB video memory Other settings include: 2 processors 1 GB memory By the way, is the 1 GB memory alloted inclusive of video memory?
I have the same problem with Fedora 17, areas of white flash on and off as the move around the desktop. Only way I could find to address it was disable 3D acceleration. Would be better if the 3D acceleration worked with the Fedora 17 guest
