I plan to port over all of my Adobe CS5 apps to my new Mac and run them in Parallels. Does anyone know if I need to deactivate the software on my PC and then reactivate it on the Parallels VM?

If you want to migrate the whole Windows together with Adobe software - you don't need to reactivate it.

If you are going to simply reinstall it to the exciting Windows VM, you will have to deactivate it on your PC first
