Questions about virtual networking support

Discussion in 'General Questions' started by Parallels User, Nov 2, 2012.

  1. Does the virtual network support in Parallels 8 provide VM to VM connectivity? In all modes (shared, bridged, host only)?
Do inbound packets pass thru the Mac firewall on the way in? On the way out?
Is there a routing function in the virtual network support? Can I set routes in it?
Does the virtual network function provide support for ipv6? How about IPSec inbound?

Where is the functionality in the virtual networking support documented?
