    Help!

Apple recalled my Mac (OS 10.7.5) to replace the hard disk. PD6, Win7 and Quicken were working PERFECTLY before the disk was replaced. Since restoring the back up to the new disk via Time Machine, I can't get Parallels 6, Win 7 or Quicken to work properly - problems such as no keyboard control (mouse OK), display issues etc. It seems that restoring via Time Machine didn't connect all the dots... (all Mac OS applications work as before)

    Should I:
    1. reinstall Parallels 6? If so, how? it was a downloaded upgrade from PD5.
    2. Reinstall Win7?
    3. Reinstall Quicken?
    4. reinstall all?
    5. Or?? Other ideas?

There is only 1 critical file from Quicken that has to be saved and used - how can I make sure it is saved?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
