    Any update on the Prl_cc.exe issue upon closing sessions?

    looking for the same thing.
    I've got two machines that now lock on shutdown waiting for Prl_cc.exe to shut down.
    Help!

    I have an opened ticket with Parallels Support.

    I hear that they are aware of the issue and working on a fix that should come by way of a Build update anytime soon.

    I've got the same problem! The program I have to force quit is "Windows 7 Dock Helper"

    Looking forward to an answer.

    Yup...same issue here. All MBP of which I have 9 are all having this issue. All users are frustrated after updating to this PD9 version. I hope there is a resolve soon or we will have to ditch Parallels for something that works. Between Win7 issues and PD9 issues, my day is full of trying to keep this junk running. Exiting Windows altogether will be none too soon.
